felt hearts

last night i watched tv and cut piles of felt hearts.  i'm not even sure why.  i know i am going to make something with them- just not sure what?  garland? pillows?  still thinking.  but for today i think i'll just sit and admire them.

all these hearts of course inspired me to pull out our valentine's decorations.  i'm not decorating today- just looking- because holidays make me happy.

you know those people that buy paper products at 50-75% off AFTER the holiday?  i'm so one of those people.  i know i'm going to use it the next year- and it's so nice having everything i need before the holiday starts.

these felt hearts to the left are actually christmas ornaments from target.  they were 90% off!!  totally valentine's day colors- i think i am going to tie these onto teacher gifts.  we usually bake something small for valentine's day.

these will be filled with love notes for my three littlest loves all throughout the month.  remember in 2012 i want to be the best bucket filler i can be! 

i know it's a little early for valentine's day.  but, life is for celebrating right?  happy heart day :)
